Welcome to KLI Voice, the professional voice and educational work of Katherine (Kat) Isaacson, M.S., CCC-SLP (“KLI Voice,” “the website,” “the site,” or “the organization”)

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to purchases of books, curriculum, courses, downloadable materials, recordings, presentations, and other products or services offered through KLI Voice.

By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Educational Information

KLI Voice provides information and educational materials about voice, voice training, communication, and related topics.

Unless specifically identified as an individualized clinical service, the information and materials provided through this website are for educational and informational purposes only.

Educational materials are not a substitute for individualized medical, speech-language pathology, or other professional healthcare services. Nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent a medical condition.

Voice training is an individual process. What is appropriate or effective for one person may not be appropriate for another. If you have concerns about your voice, vocal health, pain, or other symptoms, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Purchasing or using KLI Voice educational materials does not create a clinician-patient relationship between you and Katherine Isaacson.

KLI Voice may offer books, curriculum, courses, downloadable materials, videos, recordings, presentations, online content, consultations, and other educational or professional services.

The content and materials created by KLI Voice—including curriculum, books, exercises, frameworks, written materials, videos, recordings, presentations, graphics, website content, and other original works—are the intellectual property of KLI Voice and/or Katherine Isaacson and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own educational purposes.

Unless you receive written permission from KLI Voice, you may not:

• Upload materials to another website, platform, or file-sharing service

• Share purchased materials with people who have not purchased them

4. Professional and Educational Use

Purchasing educational materials does not grant permission to reproduce the KLI Voice curriculum or methodology as a commercial training program, certification, course, or curriculum.

If you are interested in teaching, licensing, adapting, publishing, or otherwise using KLI Voice materials commercially or as part of a professional program, please contact KLI Voice to discuss appropriate permissions.

5. Payments

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change in the future. Price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. KLI Voice does not receive or store your full payment-card information.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the product or service.

For digital products and downloadable materials, sales are generally final once the product has been accessed or downloaded, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

For courses, memberships, consultations, or other services that include a specific refund or cancellation period, the applicable terms will be provided at the time of purchase.

KLI Voice provides information, tools, and frameworks intended to support learning and exploration. No particular vocal quality, pitch, range, comfort level, or other outcome is guaranteed.

8. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to apply information provided through KLI Voice materials.

You should pay attention to your own physical experience while practicing voice techniques. If an activity causes pain, significant discomfort, or other concerning symptoms, stop the activity and seek appropriate professional guidance.
